  • VIP
    • BLACK Basic and special benefits for BLACK members
    • + Exclusive offer, The Black Lounge at Shinsegae Duty Free Myeongdong,
         Express Delievery Service at Incheon Airport
    • Qualification Criteria to be announced and applied differently to individual members.
  • BLACK
    • Up to 20% Off discounts and exclusive events for BLACK members
    • Qualification Minimum collection of 30,000 points over the last two years
      (Eligibility to be determined as of December 31,
      and benefits to apply starting on February 1 the following year.)
    • Membership
      renewal       If a BLACK member does not satisfy the minimum purchase requirement,
      his or her membership will be downgraded to GOLD.
    • Validity Period Membership to remain valid for two years.
  • GOLD
    • Up to15% Off discounts for GOLD members
    • Qualification Minimum collection of 10,000 points over the last three years
    • Membership
      renewal       If a GOLD member does not satisfy the minimum purchase requirement,
      his or her membership will be downgraded to SILVER
    • Validity Period Membership to remain valid for three years.
  • SILVER
    • Up to10% Off discounts for SILVER members
    • Qualification Immediately after signing up membership
    • Validity Period No time limit

Criteria for Membership Tier Selection

  • Your membership tier will be determined based on the combined online and offline purchase amounts.
  • With $1 of purchasing amount, you can collect 1 point.
  • Double amount of point will be collected when you purchase in downtown stores (Myeongdong/Gangnam/Busan) (200 points with the purchase of $100)
  • A triple amount of point will be collected when you purchase cosmetic&perfume in downtown stores (300 points with the purchase of $100)

Membership Information

[Precautions]

  • Only customers aged 14 or over may apply for Shinsegae Duty Free membership.
  • Notifications regarding Shinsegae Duty Free membership are sent only to customers who have consented to receiving marketing-related information.

[Selection]

  • Shinsegae Duty Free membership tiers are determined based on the combined online and offline purchase amounts. These purchase amounts are calculated using the prices on the dates on which the products were picked up.
  • A customer’s eligibility for the BLACK or VIP  tier is determined based on his/her purchase record as of December 31 of the relevant year. BLACK or VIP membership is officially granted on February 1 of the following year.
  • Eligibility for the VIP tier is determined based on a different set of requirements than the other membership tiers. For customers who qualify, those who have consented to receiving marketing-related information are contacted individually.

[Benefits]

  • Depending on the membership tier, some brands and/or products may have different discount rates or not be granted any discount.
  • Shinsegae Duty Free membership benefits are provided for the duration of the membership validity period. Benefits may vary depending on company circumstances.
