Moisturizing is important, but you have to be careful not to overdo it. Excessive moisturizing results in excessive sebum production, which acts as a glue that keeps dead skin cells on the skin’s surface. Dull skin tone and deep wrinkles are both signs that your skin cells are losing their ability to regenerate. Antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, seaweed, green tea, white tea, and grapeseed will help your skin cells regain their regenerative capability.
