Isabelles the Butcher is a steakhouse that has been popular with Korean food connoisseurs for many years now. Sebitseom Island, which means “island of three lights” in Korean, is a floating structure dedicated to the arts that transforms every night into a media art “gallery” set against the beautiful backdrop of the Hangang River.
